Multi-channel inventory sync tool

A growing retailer was manually updating stock levels across 10+ sales channels, a process that ate up hours every week and led to overselling. We built a tool that reads a single master inventory file and automatically generates updated, correctly formatted files for each sales channel, ready to upload.

Result: hours of manual spreadsheet work per week eliminated, and stock accuracy across all channels improved.

Sales order import mapper

The same business received sales order exports in a dozen different formats from different retail partners, each needing manual reformatting before they could be imported into their accounting software. We built a tool that automatically detects the source format and remaps each file into the correct structure for import.

Result: order processing time cut significantly, with far fewer data-entry errors.
